OUR
MISSION
RLT is dedicated to bringing snowboarders and skiers the
most updated information and best possible ticket and
lodging rates in Lake Tahoe. We're Tahoe locals that are
just as passionate about these sports as you are. This
passion has allowed us to develop services on our site
that will make traveling skiers and riders almost local.
Our team is made of powder die hards with marketing addictions.
We've made the contacts and we're bringing this network

Mike
De Laet - President
AKA Mike D, grew up in the Bay and has lived in
Tahoe for ten years. A graduate from Arizona Flagstaff,
Mike became a prominent member of Kirkwood's marketing
team. Mike D's personality has helped him make contacts
and lifelong friends in the industry and many have
dubbed him the unofficial "Mayor of South Tahoe".
Mike is also a talented promoter and is often the
voice of on snow events around Lake Tahoe.

Jamie
Giunta - General Manager
AKA Junta, grew up in New England and has lived
in Tahoe for seven years. He graduated from UNH
in '99 and promptly moved to Tahoe to chase big
mountain skiing. Already equipped with a marketing
and business degree, Jamie began honing his print
and web design skills. His wide array of skill sets
has given Ride Lake Tahoe the ability to operate
web development, marketing, accounting and operations
completely in house. You can find Junta dropping
off anything he can find in Kirkwood's "Thunder
Saddle".

Julian
Tandler - VP of Size Small T-Shirts
AKA Hooligan, resides in the Bay Area and frequently
wears really small T-Shirts. A great quote by a
stranger heard at Mike D's post wedding party, Hooligan
was described as "the smartest meathead he'd
ever met". Hooli helped us get off the ground
and we wish he was still with us full time. Seriously
Hooli don't kill us. We love you even though you
look like Lou Ferigno. Yes, that is him on the left
jumping over a highway on his snowboard.

Micaiah
Filkins - Bus Trip Dude
AKA Hezzey, hails from Michigan and has been living
in San Francisco for the last 3 years. Micaiah has
worked in the travel industry for a number of years
organizing and hosting bus trips. You can find Hezzey
at the RLT bus stops Saturday mornings during the
ridin' season, and at Shoot Da Moon bar at Kirkwood
before the bus leaves.

Lefty
- Programmer
AKA Sir Lucious Left Foot, grew up in Michigan and
has been living in Tahoe for six years. Lefty knows
anything and everything regarding programming and
e-commerce. He can be found anywhere around the
lake riding.
