Terms
& Conditions
There is a minimum rental of 2 nights for all bookings.
Each renter is required to pay a $400 cleaning fee regardless
of the length of the rental. A $1.50/night city occupancy
tax (Measure Z tax) is included in the nightly rate. Rates
are subject to change without notice, but will not be
increased once your booking occurs. |

A
deposit of 10% is required before your rental reservation
is accepted. A reservation confirmation form will be emailed
and/or mailed to you. If house is reserved less than one
month prior to stay, entire balance will be due. |

Refund
& Cancellation
Full
payment is due one month prior to rental. If cancellation
is unavoidable, we will try to re-rent the property. If
we are successful in renting the house for the time booked
by you, a refund for the re-rented property will be made. |

Security
Deposit & Damages
The security deposit is $1000. After your stay, an inspection
of the house will be made. Any damage, except normal wear
and tear, will be deducted from the security deposit.
Security deposit is returned after this inspection and
keys are returned to owner. If keys are lost, a house
re-key charge will be deducted from the security deposit. |
