New Years packages are non refundable
due to the enormous demand for lodging in Lake Tahoe during
the last two weeks of December. Any outstanding balances must
be paid in full by December 1st. Balances not paid full by the
first of December will automatically be charged to the card
used fot intial deposit. These packages are intended for guests
21 and over. Ride Lake Tahoe is not responsible for rooms or
any incidentals associated with lodging. |

You
do not need to select the reosrts you would like your lift tickets
at until you arrive. Lift tickets are not refundable based on
conditions and weather. Once lift tickets are distributed they
can not be replaced if lost or stolen. |

If a lift ticket has been peeled and attached to a garment,
returns and exchanges can not be honored. Unused Heavenly lift
tickets must be returned directly to Heavenly. Heavenly will
issue you a voucher verifying that the returned ticket was in
fact unused. Ride Lake Tahoe will honor this voucher and reimburse
our customers.
